Hi there,
π TL;DR
We added support for Airtable OAuth. If you're creating a new base, you can now use Airtable permissions rather than an API key.
If you have an existing Whalesync base using Airtable, please reauthorize it on the edit base page. Thank you!
Airtable OAuth
Airtable enabled OAuth earlier this year for more targeted permissions. We've now switched over to their new authorization system so you don't have to use your Airtable API Key to use Whalesync.
If you have an existing Whalesync base using Airtable, please reauthorize it on the edit base page. Thank you!
Field Mapping Untoggled
Previously, updating field mappings could be unwieldy if you had dozens of tables. Now all tables default to 'toggle closed' so you can quickly update just the fields you want.
Wistia video support for Notion Page Sync
Notion page sync previously supported videos from YouTube and Vimeo. Now it also includes support for Wistia!

Sync Notion page content to Webflow and other apps!
Write in Notion, see it instantly on your site
You can now sync headings, images, videos, & more from Notion pages out to other apps. Imagine writing an entire blog post entirely in Notion and it instantly appears on your Webflow site. Even crazier, Notion AI will write entire blog posts that sync instantly as well π€―.
β
This is one of the most powerful features we've ever built. We hope you enjoy!

For a list of supported blocks (hint - we support almost all of them) check out our docs.

Looking for Memberstack?
β
While Webflow Memberships is an amazing feature, some Webflow builders opt for Memberstack to handle their more advanced membership needs.
Good news is we're working on a Memberstack connector too! If interested in getting early access to our Memberstack connector shoot an email to: hello@whalesync.com.

Webflow Status Field GA Launch
β
Last week we released a beta feature that enabled you to control the status of Webflow items from other tools. That feature is now out of beta and available for everyone!
β
Hi there,
π TL;DR
Our Webflow Status extension is now in beta. Control the status of Webflow items from Airtable.
Webflow lets you control the status of an item by marking it as either Published, Draft, or Archived. With our Webflow Status field extension, you can now control that state from apps like Airtable or Notion.
If interested in beta access send us a Slack or an email at hello@whalesync.com.

We updated Base Cards to offer more visibility into the work Whalesync is doing.
Base Cards 2.0
About Base Cards
Base cards are the front-facing representation of your Whalesync base. They tell you basic information about your base and let you take actions on your base such as turning it on/off.
Base Card 2.0
With the new Base Cards, you now get more visibility into what Whalesync is doing in a given instance. Whether that's starting up, watching for new changes, or syncing updates to a specific app.
We also made the card easier to use, putting certain actions such as edit, behind a menu bar.
We hope you enjoy!
